Are incroyable, as I was reminded by this email message from Aquarelle.com today... Demain il sera trop tard! Tomorrow will be too late!
Why are these so lush..?
Words elude me...
For once...
Even these faux roses (to wear on your wrist or your hair) from Galerie Lafayette are super lush! We do have this Valentines message from Times Square though... Can you top this Paris? Course NO WAY can New York top Pierre Herme's rosey desserts...ahem ~ BON Valentine Day!
Those roses are so beautiful, when l had a flower shop used to take home all the ones left from a wedding order. Love all colours but white roses are special. They will always be my favorite flower.
roses......just to interject a bummer note......how many women suffer to produce these? The rate of still births among women working in the Central American nurseries producing these decidedly beautiful roses is 250% higher than the world average.
Bonjour ! I’m Carol Gillott, a former NYer living on Île Saint-Louis in a 21 meter chambre de bonne. As a Paris blogger, travel writer, watercolorist, and photographer, I share my latest escapades so you can walk around the city vicariously in my shoes. To experience even more of the Parisian life, sign up to receive my beautifully Illustrated monthly letters where I paint the Paris your dreams and mail them
to you wherever you are. You can order these letters, along with my art prints, at my Etsy shop.
Describe what you love about France in 3 words. Can we make it 5 words? Eyes, ears, nose, tastebuds + brain. Paris stimulates all my senses constantly. I’m inspired all the time – endlessly surprised and amused. New York doesn’t do it for me anymore…
Happy Valentine's Day, Carol--hearts abounding here...lovely watercolor today, comme toujours!
ReplyDeleterose is féminin : fausses roses but is better to write roses artificielles or roses factices
