I eat a small side salad every day already, and some meals it's just one big salad, so yes--I'll be eating 'em. These all look great to me! I'm a huge veggies fan. The fruit looks good, too.

If I was to be served salads like these, I wouldn't mind having JUST salad for the entire month! They are all absolutely gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteYep, that's my January diet, too. Except the salads I get from Target and Walmart just aren't quite the same as Parisian salades. Sigh. Bonjour salades! (And perhaps just a little gateau on the side. And some of that leftover chocolate. And .....
