  5. I hope we have it on Netflix..sometimes my daughter across the street gets a movie..and we don't:(

    I will look for this..we love all movies that bring us back there:)..to other areas of Italy.. and to Provence..

    Watched The Tourist ..it was Venice too..

    LOVE the watercolors..

    WINGS is streaming now in NYC...but they do rotate as I understand it.
    Wings is much more romantic/dreamy/divine than The Tourist.
    MUCH more!!

    I have loved Wings of the Dove since I first saw it on the big screen many, many years ago. I think there are some of the most beautiful "blues" in that movie, in mosaics, walls and gowns that I have ever seen, eclipsed only by Venice herself. It's a beautiful film and the soundtrack is magnificent and unforgettable. Thanks for reminding me with your beautiful watercolors. I'm glad I own Wings.......

  14. The clothes were magnificent..It 's funny.. went 3 yrs ago..it looked the same:) We stayed outside of Venice..would have loved to stay in a palazzo such as Millie's..Just for once..

    Not necessary..but it would have been memorable..

    Sad ending:(
    Hope I am not spoiling it..
    I love the way they caprured Venice at night..and in the rain also..Thank you for recommending it.
