All The Pretty Chocolate Boxes...

Here's a better shot of my chocolate boxes at the NY show. No shaky camera this time... These are 18" x 24" mounted blowups of the original watercolors, but I'm thinking I would love to work this size.. I did get an invite to show these at the Paris Salon du Chocolat next year!? YAY Beautiful hand-made boxes from Knipschildt Chocolatier at stand 68. The unique cotton boxes are made in Nepal. Artisianal and European in style and content, Fritz Knipschilde got his formal training in Danmark, France and Spain. Now his chocolates are made in Connecticut. He created the fantastic chocolate outfit with the colored choco disks on it. All of the NY Choco show dresses had to be 30% chocolate BTW.. Here François Payard's pretty yellow boxes..at stand 84 I loved the concept of these dark and white chocolate macaron-shapes candies at Pierre Gourmet,#54.. Smart looking Red and Black boxes from Kopper's Chocolates at #41. The contents were yummy too. Adorable penguins at LA Burdick hand made chocolates..#37 I couldn't leave out these SOLID chocolate boxes at the show. They're from DeBrand chocolatier at #3. They also had nice chocolate lover T-shirts and cups with chocolate drips on the outside.. Try to imagine eating these chocolate boxes..? More New York Chocolate show to come..
