Yesterday the SALON DE DESSIN opened.Spring 🌸 has arrived.

Always held at the beautiful Palais Brongniart, Place de la Bourse.

Saut Hermès 2025 !

 

Enfin! I went to SAUT HERMÈS 🐎 Saturday night 👏

First time back at Grand Palais after a 4-year restoration.

Tous Léger = Spring, musée Luxembourg

 

Monday afternoon I went to a preview of a joyous new exhibit

TOUS LÉGER - full of color, light & wit.

Saturday I went to the annual 

March Daffodils/Jonquils.

What They Wore to Hermès Fall-Winter 2025 Show

 

Yesterday I dashed out the door…late (at 2:30) hoping to catch the DOG & CAT SHOW at Porte de Versailles. Instead of entering the Metro, I ran to buy a snack at Franprix. 

Huge crowds, black limos, police, mayhem on Boulevard Henri IV?! 

I asked, ‘What’s up?’ 

‘La mode’ said someone trying to cross the street.

Adventures in the Louvre by Elaine Sciolino, Couture Exhibit

 

I went to the Louvre on Wednesday to gather more research for Elaine Sciolino’s new book map for ‘Adventures in The Louvre’.

And to see the new Couture exhibit.

Last day of the Salon. I’m posting this on site. Chickens 🐓 & cows 🐄 are clucking & mooing in the background. It’s a tape to put us in a farmy mood.

I planned to come yesterday…but I went to see the movie 🐈‍⬛ FLOW…instead. More to come.
