Printemps 🌸
Pink flowers,
Pink bouquets
I’m seeing a lot of PINK.
A Springy photo of Lisa Fonssagrives-Penn from the MEP exhibit.
The pinky Rosé wines have arrived en masse in the supermarché. Rosé is a sure sign of Spring in Paris 🌸
I was surprised to see big PINK posters around Paris announcing Sunday’s La Course des Cafés sponsored by Eau de Paris.
Lately I’ve started eating pink grapefruit/pamplemousse rose, instead of Clementines 🍊 daily. Absolutely delicious & energizing, but I had to chase all over town to finally find a Cristel grapefruit knife/couteau à pamplemousse at BHV (luckily on sale…down 40% from 16,90€!).
I hope you’re feeling in the pink 🌸 PBers.

So glad spring has finally arrived in Paris…you deserve it! The flowers are so beautiful . I like the ranunculus and lucky you to have camellias growing in your courtyard. After spring like weather it is going to snow today. ❤️🗼
ReplyDeleteLove ❤️ ranunculus - what an impossible word to spell!
DeletePink and yellow -- the colors of spring with those daffs and pretty pink blooms. I'm looking out the window at snow and a lot of it so I'm especially envious this morning! It looks divine here!
ReplyDeleteStill snow Jeanie 😕 Sending good weather vibes
DeleteLoving all the pink..and the dad w/ Little.. an IGer I follow ,her precious daughter was wearing the right hand bow dress yesterday.
ReplyDeleteI think it’s a Mom ☺️
DeleteGorgeous springy photos, Carol! Sigh…I’m like a lot of your readers…still stuck in winter. Glad to see Course des Cafés is back. Enjoy!
ReplyDeleteI’ve never seen the cafe waiters race 🏃♂️ ! Looking forward to it.
DeletePamplemousse Rose is a wonderful fragrance by Hermes, IMHO!
ReplyDeleteSounds delicious Alaina. I am hooked on pamplemousse ❤️
DeletePink is everywhere thanks to Barbie movie! AW
ReplyDeleteYou’re so right about the Barbie effect.
DeleteI love pink grapefruit I love any kind of grapefruit, but I’m not able to eat it since it interferes with my thyroid medication. But I do sneak some in once in a while.
ReplyDeleteThe thing I really like is sectioning them with my little grapefruit knife which reminds me I haven’t seen it in a while. Happy spring.
I’m in love with pink grapefruit like never before ❤️
DeleteBut to find a knife in this town! I had to buy the best, Cristel, fortunately on sale -40% off 16,90€ ! Thank goodness I brought a grapefruit spoon from NY.
Hurray for spring! Love all the flowers. Here it’s getting a little cooler, actually wearing a jumper sometimes.
ReplyDeleteI like grapefruit too but haven’t been able to find a grapefruit knife here, though I remember we had one growing up. Might need to have a look online, it’s a bit pricey though, good you got yours on sale!
I one at Adelaide Hospitality Warehouse Kirra, but it doesn’t have the bent end? Pricey. Much less at Temu. As a grapefruit fanatic I felt I had to assist 😀

Hmm…Temu has a kiwi peeler for $1…and tomato slicer etc. Wonder if they are any good?
DeleteThank you! I will have a look and keep searching.
DeleteMerci beaucoup et j’aime les roses!
ReplyDeleteFlowers dans le rue…it’s just Paris streets are so clean. Lynne
