    Isn’t it amazing how the French make every occasion into something fun? Unlike Labor Day here in the US, where it is all about what’s on sale at the big stores.

  12. Great, colorful blog today! I really enjoyed the Boulangerie Paul website link -- they have beautiful screen savers (see BONUS), which are a nice reminder of the importance of "le pain" to the French (then again, your favorite macarons are also a featured item, too!).

    You might want to make your readers awrey that the rules for the contest state that it's only for residents of France, Corsica and the DOM TOM regions -- outlying French possessions in the Atlantic, Pacific and Indian Oceans, the Caribbean and South America (see map below). So, I'm afraid we can't try for the big prize unless we all move, which isn't a bad idea!:((
