Yesterday,  while running 🏃‍♂️ from the copyshop 

To Poste 📮to the bank 

I made a big study 🔍 

Of the supplies Of BÛCHE DE NOËL 

In boulangeries in my neighborhood.

Christmas logs are delicate, perishable creatures

Filled with meringue 

Fragile chocolate mousse

Crème de Grand-Marnier

And fresh fruits.

You must pick up your bûche de Noël at least the day before Revéillon dinner, even though you may have ordered it a week or a month in advance.

Fortunately there are mini versions 

Bûchettes for individuals 

Who don’t want to eat a giant log 🪵 by themselves👏

or break the bank.
