Thursday night was the inauguration of Salon du Chocolat at convention center Porte de Versailles in the 15th arron. A Chocolate lovers 🍫 must-visit.

Fall, Autumn, l’Automne…whatever you want to call it, came in early October this year in Paris 

The fleuristes’ windows are full of it. This new shop, Studio Maison Ciero just opened near me. Their specialty - creations végétale.

La Galerie Dior

Thursday I went to La Galerie Dior enfin with my sister.

I was a little reluctant after the amazing Dior exhibit at MAD a few years back.

Art Basel Paris

I don’t know how I did it, but somehow yesterday I went to the Ink show at 11:00, Dior Galerie at 1:00 (and my sister found me inside the Metro! )

This is the week of the brand new big art show, Paris + Art Basel 

Paris is flooded with artists, buyers, gallerists just like a few weeks ago the town was flooded with buyers, designers, models and gawpers for PFW, Paris Fashion Week.

Last Friday I met up with Chiyo to see the new Monet-Mitchel exhibit at Fondation Louis Vuitton. 

it was drizzling again but the lush paintings revived us immediately

Some Summer nights, when Hôtel Lambert was all lit up, I’ve stood on pont Sully and wondered what was going on inside.

Yesterday I looked inside this 61-room hôtel particular or grand private mansion, built in the early 1640s on the Île Saint Louis thanks to Sotheby’s.

When Flammarion sent me Ines de la Fressange’s new book, Happiness to review, it seemed a natural to make her into a Paris map like Audrey, Amelie and Holly Golightly.
