Yesterday I was wandering a bit
And stepped into a grand promotion
At BON MARCHÉ ,
The salesgirl was telling me Saint Tropez is just a train 🚊 ride or bus 🚌 from Toulon and I should go.
More goodies to drool over…I saw those plates once at a VIDE GRENIER near me. I picked one up, put it down and then it was snatched up and gone fast!
Cute non? RED CHECKS are so Frenchie..
I passed by Le Bac À Glaces and thought I would try their yogurt 🍦 ice cream.. 😛 Terrible after Versailles’ Greek Yogurt. I threw it away…more like sherbert!
Bonne ❤️ 🌶️ Mardi
Was full of Red and Green!

always love your blogs!!!
ReplyDeleteAwww…THANKS ❤️ 🌶️
DeleteI love what you did with these Basque colors and stripes. Love the swatch on the top of the post, from 10/2017? (a halcyon year for me .. sigh). Are you doing anything with this that will be on Etsy? 😻
ReplyDeleteThank you ! I will be. Give me a day or 2.
DeleteGosh! that Glace must have been bad to have thrown it away!
ReplyDeleteAfter the REAL GREEK YOGURT 🍦in Versailles, one cannot settle for less.
DeleteThere is a new Greek yogurts ice cream place opening soon (they are from Espana…🙄
Perfect timing, I’m in Paris now and will run on over to Bon Marche to check it out! Thank you Carol!
ReplyDeleteOooh…Bon Marché is my happy place! Piment d’espelette is reason enough to go visit (those wee jars of the spice are easy to toss in your suitcase to take home), but all of the other goods on offer are irresistible! Love the striped espadrilles, the green gingham shirt, the red gingham bag/or straw with peppers! All of it!🌶️ ❤️🌶️❤️🌶️
ReplyDeletePlease go to San Tropez and take us along!
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely ‘wandering’ … thanks for sharing. Happy day you, Virginia
