I went out looking for Art Déco architecture on Tuesday
And came home obsessed with fish 🐟
Located at 293 Avenue Daumesnil, 75012 (Metro 8) in a part of Paris I don’t often visit.
Here’s a tip👍 If you are going to residential areas, ask Google for the nearest Patisserie 🥐
Vandermerrsch is top drawer and nearby at 278 Ave. Daumesnil.
I got a mini kouglof and came back for more later.
The Aquarium is in the basement
With more than 500 animal species
Environments.
It wouldn’t even make your list, but
It is a magical experience in a beautiful building.
I want to say it’s a grounding experience…or sea 🌊 level experience?
It makes you stop and think about this vast ecosystem we are so dependent on.
Mid-February 2 Mississippi sisters 🐊🐊 are joining the gang.
And you could get king 👑 cake on the way home!
We love aquariums!! Adding to my list for the next visit ❤️
ReplyDeleteHURRAY 👏👏👏

ReplyDeleteWell, Carol, fabulous visit in Paris is the Aquarium. I personally adore them. Even when I went to Montecarlo in Monaco I visited the Aquarium of Jacques Cousteau which is impressive. Of course next visit to that area of Paris, the Aquarium is on my list as well as the Gallete des Rois
