Yesterday, I found my Mecca, my holy grail…
On MAY DAY!
In the morning I got an alert 🔔 from dear SOLLI, who is in the hills of Tuscany teaching a photography 📸 class.
You give muguet to a friend on premiere de Mai for good luck 🍀
The main product is Kefir goat 🐐 yogurt from France 🇫🇷
On the right - crunchy fillo pastry. Many of them are ‘crumbles’
The MENU Please 🙏
Here is MYKA’s back story. Natalia, who is Mexican, was living in Greece with her husband for 18 years, when he lost his job. They put their heads together and decided to create a unique Greek frozen yogurt company, starting in Madrid. Now they are in Paris, New York, Dubai, soon California and Miami and the world 🌍
It is tart and tangy like Greek yogurt.
Sugar is a bottom note 🎵 Not a top note.
I LOVE ❤️ the taste. And I loved MYKA’s 🍦
🍓 Except for all the fraise 🍓

ReplyDeleteI’m working on it Margie 👍
DeleteThe shop looks really cute. How is the taste different from the frozen yogurt that was so trendy 20 years ago in the U.S.?
ReplyDeleteGood question 🥝
DeleteIt’s the extra tanginess and tartness of GREEK Yogurt.
Thanks! Must try it! 🥝
DeleteI want the apron. Butb then, I always want the apron.
ReplyDeleteI know 💙
DeleteI loved their ceramics too.
I would love 💙 to go back to GREECE 🇬🇷
Here it is 8AM and I am dying for a bowl of Greek yogurt dessert you are showing!. And the interior is beautiful. I am sure this is a success and wish one of these shops were in my area here in SoCal.
ReplyDeleteThey are coming! 🍦🍦🍦🇬🇷
Delete‘Gird your loins’ as they say in THE DEVIL WEARS PRADA 2!
Lucky you! A new yummy shop to discover! I love Greek yoghurt; thicker, more protein, and it makes a great substitute for sour cream in any baking recipe. Those toppings are a novel idea. Good for you for getting the blueberries, so healthy. Enjoy!
ReplyDeleteI was going to get NO toppings but who can say NO to blueberries 🫐 💙
DeleteUgh, that ice cream looks utterly yummola!!!
ReplyDeleteTranslation please 🙏 😀
DeleteIt looks delicious and the shop is stunning in it's Greek blue and white. On the list. Thanks Carol.
ReplyDeleteGreat Suki 🍦 🇬🇷

Did you get to the Musee Carnavalet while you were on that street? It’s free except for temporary exhibitions. On now is an exhibition about the woman who gave her name to the street - Mme de Sevigne
ReplyDeleteI checked but it was a NATIONAL HOLIDAY, May 1…Everything was fermé
DeleteOh, it looks so so good 🥰💙
ReplyDeleteWow! What a backstory on the frozen Greek yoghurt. Looks delicious, only topping needed is fruit. Enjoy 😋
ReplyDeleteI could eat it plain too YUM 😋
