Paris Scarf in le Metro

 I shoot shoes in the Metro but this trip I went for scarves/l'esharpes.

 Purple is IN in case you were wondering...

 The variety of scarf knots and folds seems endless...

 Animal prints will always be IN.

 No animal print scarf on this doggie. Pourquoi pas?

 Was pastry chef Delmontel influenced by scarves in the Metro when he designed this towering chou/cream puff?

 Much like this towering blue scarf - this woman has quite a long neck it would seem...

 Just a sliver of green scarf compliments the red knit hat.

 Hair, scarf and sweater are totally color co-ordinated here on the train.

This example in Bonpoint might be a tough act to follow. You'd need assistance with this one for sure!

What to wear in Paris?

I get many emails asking,

"WHAT DO I WEAR IN PARIS?"

We'll address this serious issue now. The answer:

TIGHT JEANS -very tight painted-on tight.

+ BIG BAGS!

CONVERSE!

Yes it's absolutely true. Chuck Taylor Converse are HOT in Paris best in gris/grey.

Who knew? The super jeans can be tucked into the "riding" boot. The ballerina will never die. A must have in Paris. French girl gazing at big bags. The BIG scarf. Paris Hair.

We have not addressed hair. Bed Head is still the look. Very carefully arranged messy hair.

This is NOT Brit unwashed messy hair. Jamais! STRIPES.

You can not go wrong wearing stripes in Paris.

This woman is impossibly classe. Stripes + big bag + jeans + Fr. scarf 🧣 

C'est comme ça Just a smidge of stripe/à rayé = a home run in Paris. Did I mention the iPhone, iPad?
Essential. Absolument. You want to find out what Fr women are wearing? for Get on any line (cinema, musee, Angelina and observe.
Do NOT shop before you arrive in Paris.

Why does everyone do this? Chic Frenchie on Velib Le Trench is forever. If you have one, wear it.

I discovered this a few years back and sealed up my jewelry box. I have no idea why but it's true.  C'est la vie.
