J'adore ta blog! Which begs the question is "blog" masculine or feminine? Of course, I could avoid the dilemna by referring to votre blog, but since we have petite dejeuner together most mornings, I am hoping you are okay with tutoyer-ing. Your blog is formidable! I go to Paris once a week. Oui, that is correct. Which of course means that I am une hotesse de l'air. And you perfectly capture the essence of this most beautiful city in the world. Thank you for all the work which I know goes into this labor of love and for sharing it with toute le monde!

As much as I love a French croissant, my favorite is the pain aux raisins. Oh my gosh, those are sooo good. American bakers could get rich making them... no, on second thought it wouldn't be the same. Guess I'll have to wait until my next visit to Paris. Four weeks and counting down!! Whoopee!!

ReplyDeleteOn NPR this morning (Morning Edition) they did a little piece on La R'entree (le?) I think you can probably listen to it on their website...The thing that impressed me most is the thought of taking 4 weeks off all together...heaven!
