Just bouquets. I was trying to shoot this woman and her bouquet 💐 That’s why she’s smiling.

Big bunch of pale pink ranunculus
I’m seeing a lot of PINK.

And some yellow. Daffs planted by the city near the Metro

Mainly pink. Pink Camellias blooming in our courtyard

The pinky Rosé wines have arrived en masse in the supermarché. Rosé is a sure sign of Spring in Paris 🌸

I was surprised to see big PINK posters around Paris announcing Sunday’s La Course des Cafés sponsored by Eau de Paris

Pink map of the cafe waiters route
It starts at 10:00am at Hotel de Ville. I’ll be there to report bien sur. Join me!

Breakfast half of pink grapefruit
Lately I’ve started eating pink grapefruit/pamplemousse rose, instead of Clementines 🍊 daily. Absolutely delicious & energizing, but I had to chase all over town to finally find a Cristel grapefruit knife/couteau à pamplemousse at BHV (luckily on sale…down 40% from 16,90€!).
I hope you’re feeling in the pink 🌸 PBers.

  1. So glad spring has finally arrived in Paris…you deserve it! The flowers are so beautiful . I like the ranunculus and lucky you to have camellias growing in your courtyard. After spring like weather it is going to snow today. ❤️🗼

  2. Pink and yellow -- the colors of spring with those daffs and pretty pink blooms. I'm looking out the window at snow and a lot of it so I'm especially envious this morning! It looks divine here!

I love pink grapefruit I love any kind of grapefruit, but I’m not able to eat it since it interferes with my thyroid medication. But I do sneak some in once in a while.
The thing I really like is sectioning them with my little grapefruit knife which reminds me I haven’t seen it in a while. Happy spring.

  8. Hurray for spring! Love all the flowers. Here it’s getting a little cooler, actually wearing a jumper sometimes.
I like grapefruit too but haven’t been able to find a grapefruit knife here, though I remember we had one growing up. Might need to have a look online, it’s a bit pricey though, good you got yours on sale!

I one at Adelaide Hospitality Warehouse Kirra, but it doesn’t have the bent end? Pricey. Much less at Temu. As a grapefruit fanatic I felt I had to assist 😀

Hmm…Temu has a kiwi peeler for $1…and tomato slicer etc. Wonder if they are any good?
