    Oh what a wonderful day!!! How I wish that shop would’ve been open when I was there! That could have proven dangerous however, as I have an overflowing house of curiosities already! Big hugs from 🇨🇦 and Congratulations to Nessy!!!

    What wonderful photos of the anniversary festivities at Messy Nessy. I know I would love this shop. Glad you got some yummy chocolate cake and found a couple of nice horse pins. I have seen photos of Lola online and she is a cutie. What a fun day! Thank you for sharing Carol. -Suzanne P.

    Wow! That cake and desserts look amazing. Glad you got to eat one! Looks like a fun first year celebration too.

    When I saw the Sundial and Compass that you photographed I found Messy Nessy's shop on the internet and ordered one straight away. I could not believe it when it arrived here in East Sussex the very next day! It is absolutely charming and my husband and I love it! We feel we have actually made a little visit to Paris! We have been visiting since 1969 (that was an interesting one!) but sadly due to our health and age (86 and 82) can no longer travel. I have loved your blog for very many years - it is so special! Thank you very much Carol for keeping us connected with our beloved Paris. from Nina.
