French whipped cream is as light as air...and usually flavoured with some fab liquor...so I wouldn't resist......

ReplyDeleteI first encountered the word chantilly ages ago on a visit to Brittany. It was part of a description of a dessert. I ordered that desset and quickly knew that I'd made a good choice.

Oh Yum! No doubt they would be absolutely horrified at our Cool Whip! When I was a kid I loved Charlotte Russe...very whipped creamy treat...never see that anymore...here, at least.
