Have a Heart ❤️

An update on Valentines Day ❤️❤️❤️ in Paris

I’ve been researching…

For the last few weeks everything heart❤️shaped
And in red
And in pink (in BHV)
Before the Mitzah story came along and stole my heart ❤️
Who doesn’t need a set of drawers of Belgian Pierre Marcolini ganache hearts?
Ionce ran off to Brussels to do Saint-Valentines research. Such a good idea ❤️
What a fun Valentine letter 💌 cake at
laGrande Epicerie.
They were giving away single roses 🌹 on Saint Valentines day by the way…if you bought anything.
As usual I was just browsing Grande Epicerie’s lovely flower 🌸 stand, Zalys. They use French-grown flowers plus wild flowers. No wonder they look so fresh.
They couldn’t make bouquets fast enough for
last-minute boyfriends & husbands wanting to say I Love You.
Did you know Ranunculus are in season in Paris. And Georgiana Lane has a new flower book coming out 21 Février
if you are a flower 🌸 person.
Are any of these Ranunculus? Qui sait 😳
More lush Valentines tulips from Studio Maison Ciero.
I did a flower valentine
letter that’s good anytime for a lift..
If you need a tea lift Mariage Frères has Sexy Tea, Love Story and Habibi tea ☕️ for you.
The first pink hat seen this year in BHV…how romantique.
If you love ❤️ 🐻 did you know there are Monumental Bears on Avenue Haussmann right now? I caught someone on Feb 14 in red socks/chaussettes
+ red puffer  taking a ❤️selfie with a bear. An act of true love 💕
💕❤️I hope you had a joyeuse Saint-Valentine dear PBers ❤️💕
Watch this divine S V Day video from Kusmi tea and swoon.

There are so many in Paris. It’s exceptional in that respect. Is it the Japanese shop everyone was talking about a few years back?
Maybe its time for a new flower 🌸 shop map?

  5. Fabulous post Carol! Full of great color. Even the Badoit bottles are wrapped in red! I like Ranunculus but they are hard to find in my neck the woods.🗼❤️🌹

Definitely swooned at the Kusmi video! Yes, a Paris florist map would help to put us in spring mode. Love that flowers are reasonable and so available in Paris making it possible to always have fresh flowers.

  14. come and see acres of ranunculus when you are back in the US!
I studied their roots microscopically in the early 70s but then never saw them until I moved to California- glad you can experience them in Paris!
