Bisoux Market

Bisoux You might think you're in Paris if you saw these croissants...Bisoux You might think you were at Balthazar in Soho...BisouxYou're not. You're at the new Bisoux Market in the Delta Terminal at LaGuardia Airtport.
Bisoux Bisoux is loaded with French classic sweeties like Barnier lollies...
Bisoux And typical Provencal calissons d'Aix...
Bisoux Dragees anyone?
Bisoux My favorite French sweet - sticks of guimauve/marshmallow.
Bisoux Bisoux has savory French things to eat like salade Nicoise.
Louisa Shafia on eHow I shall be diving with the lobsters...
Into this tub at The Slipway in Thomaston, Maine...
I really ate steamed clams and mussels. I'm saving lobster for later..
BONJOUR BISOUX & MAINE!

  8. Carol, I have the Balthazar cookbook and it is amazing, wonderful everytime I use it.
Are you going to be in Maine long?
If you have time its a treat to see the Olson house, where Andrew Wyeth got so much inspiration.

  10. Those croissants...pure perfection. I'm doing a crazy metabolic liver cleanse program (Day 6 of 10) but once I'm done, it's going to be a croissant binge! Because croissants just can't be bad for your liver, right?

    It must be soooo delicious:D:D

Well, crossaints and mussels are the most impressive things I remember from my journey to...Belgium:) However Belgiam cities aren't French cities, the tastes of both seem to be similar :D

    Greetings:))))

  14. The croissants look delicious, but I like the Maine shots and the seafood the best.
I hope that it is nice & cool up there.
    Have fun!

  17. I haven't done a thing but eat fried clams & steamed clams re:the VOGUE illustration but I shall try today to tear myself away from the clams for a bit and attend to business.
Maine will do that to you...
Thanks for cheering me on PBers!!

  18. Oh, so much has been happening at PB while I've been on the road ... Maine is a part of the US I've always wanted to visit - can't wait for more (food) pics!
Your petite niece is a trésor indeed. And yes please keep us posted on Vogue's response - how shameful and unprofessional of them.
