  7. Carol, you made me so jealous!
I saw the ads for this party but I am too far away from NY. So sad!
It looks like a fun event to walk around, see the people, enjoy the wonderful food and dance.
Did you find any Brazilian there to flirt with? Hope so! They are very warm!
Thanks for sharing a bit of my country with the world.

  8. Well, that is one hot post, Carol!

Would have loved the tank-top and the sarong and wished for the food lines to be shorter too!

Those dachshunds are so sweet - bet, they felt safer in that buggy than walking around, being Samba-ed on.

  13. Coincidence! My dentist was there yesterday ( and thank heaven back today to treat my dental emergency) for Brazil day and we swapped stories about Puerto Rican day and Brazil day in NY. I think the pain meds may b interfering with my communication skills.

Your photo's made me feel like I was there with you, at one point you had such a perfect close shot of the food, if this was virtual media, we could have taken a bite.

The weather looked nice and hot. Sweet dogs in the carriage, nice thoughtful owner. Can you image the little paws on the hot New York streets, that you can fry an egg on--Ouch!

    cheers,
    Joanny
