The Eiffel Tower will be right out my window, not to mention just a stones throw away once I make it down the 6-7 flights of stairs to the outside.
To help break my Eiffel Tower aversion I found this adorable paper tower on Etsy at Blissfull Elements. It's helping I think.
Should I be drinking my morning hot chocolate out of an Eiffel Tower cup?
Maybe an origami-esque red paper version on my desk would do the trick?
Surely a solid chocolate tower would help.

Here the tower is combined with a macaron! Perfection.
If I come home wearing these tower socks you'll know I not only survived but have become a passionate advocate!~

Once LW and I ate at the restaurant Jules Verne on the second level of the Tour Effiel. I don't remember the food but it was great fun.

Reading this post today made me think of a post I wrote last year that I think you'd appreciate (http://antiquesdiva.blogspot.com/2008/08/reader-question-eiffel-tower-collection.html). When I moved from Paris all my friends gave me an Eiffel Tower to remember them by - it's a wonderful collection that makes me smile each time I see it!

Wow, what a great blog! I especially love the picture of the Eiffel Tower macaroon and that pink paper Eiffel Tower - so creative! The Eiffel Tower is an amazing work of art, but you know, when it was first erected the Parisians hated it! Now it's making them millions of Euros every year through tourism! Go figure!
