I was on the elevator going to go make prints. I took another look π️ It needed something π€ Back I went and added a red & blue Air-Mail border all the way around.

Well, I must purchase this Paris letter, because I ate multiple croissants at La Maison d'Isabelle in September. Miam. Miam.

DeleteOh, Carol! Your croissant letter makes me swoon! What is a more emblematic symbol of France than the croissant? Isabelle’s are yummy, but my favorite remains Poilane’s. Any one of the croissants on your letter would be a real treat! Bravo on another gorgeous letter…don’t know how you come up with new ideas month after month! π₯π
ReplyDeleteHappy Thanksgiving. Love the letter, but I’m a pain au chocolat girl.
ReplyDeleteYour letter is making me hungry! And it's beautiful.
ReplyDeleteSorry I’m so late reading this blog post! I’ve had a very busy time at work. I can’t remember if it was me who asked but this letter is awesome! Thanks for doing the research, painting croissants seems tricky to me but I love how you have lots of them!
ReplyDeleteWhen I’m in France I enjoy croissants at whatever patisserie/boulangerie I get them from, they taste better than here I think, same with baguettes.
Now I see lots of photos of filled croissant but not the popular Australian version of a toasted croissant with either ham & cheese or tomato & cheese (so the cheese is melted). It is tasty but is it outrageous to the French??
I’ve just renewed my subscription so hopefully will get a croissant letter π₯π
Boggest mistake was to open this before breakfast.. or perhaps the best justification to wake up and smell the croissants
