A certain someone 🧸 insisted we go to Opening day

Of the Teddy Bear 🧸 exhibit at Musee des Arts Decoratifs/MAD.

A perfect holiday outing for anyone 

Who ever owned a stuffed bear 🧸

And who hasn’t?

Bear graphics, bear books 📚, bear acrobats, bears of all sizes including The giant Gobelins Teddy Bears.

11 rooms on the 3rd floor 

Containing 400 bears of all denominations and dominions.

The exhibit is on from November 4 - June 22, 2025.

And not just French bears thanks to 👏President ‘Teddy’ Roosevelt, who saved a bear cub 🐻 while hunting in the woods in 1902. 

In Germany, a toy brand, Steiff, started by Margarete Steiff launched a new articulated mohair bear 🧸

Do not to forget prehistoric cave-painted bears 🐻

‘Able to stand upright and imitate human gestures (plus ride bicycles 🚲)

The bear is the perfect anthropomorphic fictional animal’. 

I can highly recommend this exhibit at MAD & so does Bear 🐻
