Petrossian Caviar tasting and Coco Jobard

I must work on my salmon colors...
Yesterday was a glorious preview of Holiday caviars and salmon from Petrossian.
Salmon colors in many forms, shapes and consistencies.
Teaspoons of caviar decorated many different dishes

Here on poached quail eggs with crusty polenta lining the plate...
These puff balls look like truffles but in fact burst in your mouth full of caviar crème.
In the next room the caviar degustation awaits.
A 'flight' of 9 caviars starting with the 'reserve', delicate and not too salty.

9 popsicle stick tastes later we're feeling on top of the world.
There's a wide variety of dreamy Petrossian gift boxes including this keep-it-to-yourself box including requisite vodka.
What to wear to a caviar tasting?
Black + a slew of Russian-style baubles worn by Coco Jobard, a food designer.
Lastly miniature desserts to cleanse the palette.
Then down the steps...back to reality. Still one keeps dreaming sweet dreams of caviar and Champagne

Caviar and salmon aside, I love the bold necklaces worn by Coco. Every time I try to go over the top with my jewelry, my daughters say R E A L L Y??? Perhaps it is my combinations :) If you name is Coco, how could you not pull it off! Carolyn
