New York Hearts

Erin's Hearts, original art, 5" x 7"

A little bit of Paris hearts...

Photo sent in by PB reader last year

Because who can resist a little bit of virtual dreaming...

Meanwhile at New York's Chelsea Market cupcake maker Elenis has a tree of hearts...

In Soho Armani has heart message windows...

"Give Love
Get Love"

Across the street at Dean and Deluca - real edible heart cookies...

And heart soaps...

Plus real candied rose petals (not heart-shaped)

For a bit of Paris in New York head for La Maison du Chocolat's gorgeous windows on 1018 Madison Ave...

And a bit of Belgium, go to Pierre Marcolini on Park Avenue...

This is my favorite Marcolini heart

pitter...patter...

Photo of Fauchon by Anne Corrons Anne Corrons of Mes Vitrines had this fab photo of Fauchon's window in Paris up today...
Don't you HEART the internet?!

    I just love hearts!!!
Have you ever been to Poiray Jewelers in Paris?
They make some of the coolest heart charms/pendents, of which I have 3.
My favorite is a gold basketweave heart. Here's the link

  6. That Laduree box is to die for, I'm not that keen on macaroons, and those soaps so beautifully packaged. The French know how to package don't they?

I just picked up some macarons for my French class today.
    All pink, of course:
raspberry, passion fruit and cherry ones. Yum.
    Not packaged very beautifully, though.

Be careful what you set your heart upon for it will surely be yours.

For me, the only things of interest are those linked to the heart.

  19. Good morning, Paris!
Are you already out looking for more hearts?
I found some here, but they enthusiasm for St. Valentin here is nothing compared to New York's.
