Watercolor Review

I'm throwing in a little watercolor review here, while I'm off in Maine...
In the window of
the pigment store where I work part-time
there are banks of display cases full of colored pigments.
I've been wanting to record them and then come home and try to match the colors with paint...
First to match the pigments on my palette,
which by the way, is an old enamel kitchen tray found on Ebay...
And then to match the colors swatches on a test sheet of paper.
The next step is to make a painting...
My watercolor teacher, David Dewey, used to say,
the painting is first of all, set up on your palette.
Get your colors down there first.
I used to take a ton of pictures of his palette mixings...

Then put it down on the paper.
I'd love to select a few of these bottles and make a painting from just those colors...
what's known as doing a "limited palette" painting.
Another Dewey trick was to use your dirty water to put the washes down on the paper.
It's easier to see where the water is on the white paper if there are bits of pigment in the wash.
For most watercolor painters painting with clean water is like religion!
Here's a watercolor palette I'd love to have.
A client of
Wendy Brandes Jewelry designed this for herself using a poison ring bezel!
Claus Oldenburg of the Spoonbridge and Cherry sculpture, said
he does most of his idea sketching at the dinner table...
Wouldn't this palette ring be a tremendous help painting in MAINE?

Escape to Maine again...

I'm running off to a refresher workshop in Maine with my watercolor teacher, David Dewey. Natch Yellow Bird gets to come along in case there are any photo opps. Here's re-cap of an older post I'm not really ready for Fall or back-to-school school openings...
So I'm escaping off someplace I should have gone this summer..
Up to David Dewey's watercolor workshop in Maine.
I've been 4 or 5 times.
I thought at first, that since I'm focused on still life I didn't need to look or think about landscapes again.
Too late I woke up and realized of course, a still life IS a landscape!
A bunch of shapes sitting on a flatish surface = a landscape.
Most workshop mornings begin with THE DEMO by the instructor.
You crowd round to see the magic performed in the relentlessly hot sun.
Then you go off for the day and try to perform a little magic yourself...
The bay out my motel window in '01...
Thomaston's boat yard in '05
At the end of each workshop day comes the group crit.
You learn heaps here.
I could use an end o' day group crit in my New York studio...

The real end of a Maine day ends with a Lobster.
If you haven't had a lobster roll for lunch that is...

Or for lobster aficionados, every meal should be Maine lobster...
I'm not taking my laptop so I hope I can post updates on all my lobster dinners...cya

DIY Framing

#161B High Tea, original watercolor, 9" x 11"

I've been meaning to do this for some time..so enfin, here's a little lesson on framing a watercolor yourself. It's easy as pie...wait pie is difficult. This is way easier than making pie - here are the tools you'll need. I like Nielsen Bainbridge ready to-go-frames (11" x 14" is perfect for a 9" x 11" painting) because they come with a beautiful crisp double white matt. They're meant for framing photos, nevermind. Most art supply stores should carry them or you can try online. You will need a small pliers, a screwdriver and I use Photo Corners to attach the art. By the way, ALL art materials used, including the watercolor paper are ARCHIVAL and acid-free.
The instructions Ta-Da!
First remove the spring clips and they can POP out so do it carefully...
Next unscrew just the bottom frame and place it somewhere with the screws in place...
Slide out just the matt - leave the glass inside the frame!!!!
Than place the art on the back matt to your liking.
When you've found a position you like, add the Photo Corners. This way nothing foreign touches the art like tape etc. and it makes it very easy to remove.
Place the matt on top to be sure all is alligned perfectly.
Then turn over and carefully slide back into the frame next to the glass.
Next screw back the bottom portion of the frame.
Slide back in the spring clips.
Et VOILA! Your picture is framed in a matter of minutes and minimal expense. This frame should run around $20-25. Easier than pie wouldn't you say? I hope this was helpful. If you've got photos of your framed Paris Breakfast watercolors I'd love to see them! Please do send and I'll post them :) This is from Lori of Taste with the eyes.

VERT - GREEN

#160B Green Laduree Boxes, original watercolor, 9" x 11"
Back to good friend GREEN again...this time green boxes from good friend, Laduree...
YUM...imagining what's inside these green boxes...that's the fun part.
Imagine what that greeny tart/gateau thing tastes like...YUM
Or these pale green lovelies from Gerard Mulot...?
Chartreuse green from Gerard Mulot!
An inedible but perfect green avocado Limoge pill box...
If you eat your avocados you shouldn't really need any pills should you?
Green flowers always have me stumped - they take getting used to - in Paris, I think I could...

Greeny perfumes = fresh and springy
Green signs make the reds and pinks POP!
And now here's a "greenish" recipe from M. Well the bottle of Sherry vinegar is green...
Plus you add these freshly-frozen Daregal herbs (frozen just 3 hours after picked!)
Take 1 tablespoon of, well I prefer Olive Oil to M.'s sunflower oil.
1 tablespoon of Sherry vinegar
1 tablespoon of water (!)
Add whatever amount you like of the frozen herbes and stir in the bottom of your salad bowl.
Et Voila! a lovely light vinegrette. Try it!

My Friend Yellow Bird

#159B Yellow Bird Studies the Croquembouche, original watercolor, 9" x 11"
Yesterday Mushookie said: Little birdy will get fat if he eats all that!
It's Yellow Bird's Birthday,original watercolor - SOLD, 9" x 11"

And Hannah 9191 said: I love that lil birdie...Mushookie said he will get fat if he eats all that...I think he will explode...he is bit chubby already...not that there's anything wrong with that!

Just to set your minds at ease, YELLOW BIRD has his waistline completely under control (unlike some people...)
Even while YB ADORES Laduree and will eat almost nothing else, he counts his calories like nobody's business!
Yellow Bird & Macarons,original watercolor - SOLD, 9" x 11"

For your information Yellow Bird is a MAJOR PLAYER and TOP MODEL at PB since December 13, 2006. In other words, this guy does not get off the perch for less then $2500 per diem!

#8 Macaron with Yellow Bird, original watercolor - SOLD, 9" x 11"

He gets TOP fees right up there with Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt!
This guy is top dog in the bird modeling world it just so happens...
And when it comes to maintaining his boyish figure, YB has a personal trainer, who travels with him no matter where he ventures, waiting in the wings with the barbells, hoops, swings etc.

YB has had some mighty fine breakfasts in Paris and taken tea with the best!
#139 Yellow Bird has petit dejeuner, original watercolor, 9" x 11"
Still, there's nothing like a good ole plain petit dejeuner for this bird. No high falutin' ideas for him. YB is a regular guy.
Another Yellow Bird tried out for the job, hoping to get in on YB's gigs. No Go. It was back to Tiny Doll House for this birdie!
Of all the nerve!?
Even with all YB's Parisien adventures, he still LOVES his ICE CREAM!
#177 Li-Lac Easter Egg,original watercolor, 9" x 11"
After all, he's a NEW YORK bird ya know...

My Friend Sue

#158B Sue's Tea Cup, 9" x 11"
Last week a surprise package arrived full of little teacups from my friend Sue...
I met Sue on Flickr. She would be the first one to leave comments on my watercolors and they were such persceptive comments.
"I love that tin and the "sugar scoop" ...so painterly. And the peony and glass are beautifully accomplished with just a few sweeps of paint."
"...love the swirls on the left, and those cherries are excellent--I particularly like the one with lavendar/bluish tinges on the right..."
"...What a wonderful marriage of colors."

Bluebird watercolor by Suzanne Smith

It turns out that Sue not only takes fantastic photos of birds, which flock to her doorstep with wild abandon, but she paints them beautifully! Sue has a collection of flower vases up the whazoo and takes divine photos of them....
Flower Vase watercolor by Suzanne Smith

And then she paints them too!
Did I mention Sue's garden..well Sue lives in North Carolina but she definitely has a green thumb!
Sue started a blog recently and you HAVE to visit puleeeeze! A Brush with Color -It's a daily delight full of her photos, paintings and great quotations like:

"I perhaps owe having become a painter to flowers.”(Claude Monet)

And:
Life is a great big canvas, and you should throw all the paint on it you can."(Danny Kaye)
What a wonderful life I’ve had. I only wish I’d realized it sooner!” (Colette)
God gives every bird his worm, but He does not throw it into the nest.”(P D James)

Sue's delightful work can be seen on Zazzle . Sue nudged me to go on Zazzle too...

When I was showing off my messy studio I begged Sue to show hers... She sent me this photo and self-effacing note, This is all I have for a studio...

Sue has even painted her studio! This would be a near impossible task for me I fear...Sue has just done a book on Blurb and is gently nudging me to do one...

Please take a look. It's lovely!

Sue doesn't know I'm doing this post...she might decide to sue me. I hope not :)
BONJOUR Sue!

PS all photos and watercolors are by Suzanne Smith(c) (except for Yellow Bird..)

THE RE-MENT BOOK

#157B French Treats , original watercolor, SOLD, 9" x 11"
Sometimes you're willing to make a "Faustian Bargain" (i.e. a deal with the devil) to get a book or some other prized object...
You'd even consider giving up your left elbow for said prized object of your desire...ahem
I've mentioned before, that since I first laid eyes on Pierre Herme's Mini Dessert Collection, I've become an ardent collector of miniatures..
I finally just got my paws on the MUCH sought after mini Croquembouche and I can't wait to paint it!!! YAY
This is just a mini portion of my ever growing collection...ahem
OK Now for the elbow-worth book that all Re-ment Addicts dream of...
THIS is our Holy Grail..our Good Book..we dream about THIS book! It came out in 2005 and is ONLY in Japanese - all 130 pages of it.
It's called Re-ment Book by the way...
It is basically a soft bound catalog of all the miniature sets Re-ment brought out since they started producing these fabulously detailed wonders. Did I mention that Re-ment is in Japan and all the minis are made in China?
All of the sets are "blind-boxed" so you never know what you are going to get. Well that is if you live in Japan and walk into your local grocery store where there are stacks of Re-ment boxes. Each set, like the French Treats Set shown in the watercolor, is a limited edition. After a bit, they break the molds, making the set a collectors item and more valuable. There's a hot and heavy biz on Ebay for these minis.
Or you can go to Rement Queen, pay a set price and know exactly what's inside your box and be assured of getting it quickly. Most ebay dealers are in China...
Well now you know about one more of my obsessions, along with shooting ice cream cones and...Oh I forget all the obessions I have!
Anyone read Japanese here? S.O.S.
BONJOUR RE-MENT!

Quelle Wreck 2

#156B Paintbox 2, original watercolor, 9" x 11"
Time for another visit to my chaotic studio...ahem
This is my paintbox - not at all like the pristine box in the watercolor...
But then the model posing is teeny, tiny from Rement Queen...ahem
So I'm back in "Get Organized" class for a second go round, hoping for some major improvements...ahem *Note the frog peering behind my laptop - a gift from Cousin Bill and a reminder to reread EAT THAT FROG! so I can make more progress this time...ahem..ahem...
We've been requested to take some studio shots..to show what our office looks like. Shhhh Do not tell! I am not showing these. Just you get to see them...
One improvement from last studio visit is this pile of notebooks, inspired by Janice. Now if I could just take them down occasionally and update them, life could be wonderful...
This improvement I came up with by myself... All my watercolors are now filed chronologically by month and year and so much easier to find, then when they were in a mixed-up pile on the shelf. YAY!
Course the rest of the desk needs serious work Darlings. Well that's why we're back in class don't ya know...ahem And it may take a few more re-dos to get some order in this place.
And the other desktop has had some improvements, even if not visible to the naked eye...ahem
Do any of you watch SUPERNANNY?
Supernanny comes into your home and organizes your brain and your family (i.e.kids) with games and structure and to-do lists etc. If you misbehave you go to the "Naughty Chair".Well worth watching for those who live in chaos. Now where is my Naughty Chair? Time for a little sit down don't you think?

BHV

#155B Paintbox still life, original watercolor, 9" x 11"
When you consider looking for art supplies in Paris, your first thought is where are the art shops?
It just so happens that BHV, the big Paris home supply department store, now has a FAB art department...on the first floor too. It used to be quite meager.
NO MORE!
Remember how I raved about Rick's old fashioned lace curtains...you can get them here too. Just bring your measurements puleeeze!
Their book department is terrific too and greets you as you enter from the rue des archives door.
Tassles, ribbons, every decorative treatment under the sun plus how-to-do-it demos and classes are offered (in French) at BHV.
A vast selection of traditional door handles and other accessories are so tempting to bring back to the US...
This stick-on wall mural for example...
A Frenchie looking breakfast tray too....
7 floors to wander through, as good as a visit to the Louvre almost..
AND they have JAM!!!
AND MACARONS! Well OK macaron candles...ahem

TARTE TATIN Collection

#154B Basket of Pommes, original watercolor, SOLD,
9" x 11"

There seem to be a lot of apples at PB lately...ahemMaybe because I got these cute little Re-ment suckers in the mail from Hong Kong yesterday...
Along with collecting pictures of ice cream cones in Paris, I collect pictures (and only pictures for those of you who think I weigh in at 500 lbs.) of Tarte Tatins...
Tarte Tatin was the first Parisian dessert I fell in love with...
You never forget that?
It's true I haven't had it much since though..
Going into a sugar coma isn't much fun, but it is the most gloriously glossy dessert in existance just about, and still fun to gaze at...
Did you know Tarte Tatin has to be made with firm dessert apples, typically made with Golden Delicious apples according to Wiki...nothing mushy will do. Does anyone make a proper Tarte Tatin besides the French?
Well Aussies Test Crash Kitchen have a video on their site and they make it look awfully easy...Isn't this patient French Cocker Spaniel Tarte tatin colored?
What about Tarte Tatin Chocolate bars for a nice change?

Pomme Granny 3

#152B Deux Pommes, original watercolor - SOLD, 9" x 11"

Particularly "Pomme Granny" green and not just in snack shop windows.. #153B Une Pomme, original watercolor - SOLD, 9" x 11"

The same color in the USA, would have to be dictated by the Color Council but rarely is...

Maybe colors are more seasonal...like Spring Green. Who knows how they come up with these choices? I'm just very aware of a lot of these apple greens tossed about in Paris...

Not really Apple green but still fun - this fleur de lis outside the Petit Palace where the Marie-Antoinette exhibit was playing...

Granny Smith apple green top worn with a ripped scarf...

Greeny plates and purses...

Elves are always green right?
Apple green to make this pink piggy bank more prominante - think Euro Diet...
At Monoprix plenty of storage boxes and stacking stools in Apple green. You don't just wear it. You sit on it in Paris!
And you eat off of it - Apple Green silverware...
OK an Apple Green garbage pail. So far so good. Nice color etc. But selling for 268 EUROS!!! $428.80 for a kitchen garbage pail? Isn't that taking color trends a little too far?
What do you think?

New York Bastille Day celebration

#151B Merry Strawberries, original watercolor, 9" x 11"
Strawberry tea and desserts influenced by...

These lush strawberry tarts made by Patisserie Payard...

At the New York Bastille Day celebration, presented by the Comite de 14 Juillet.

I went early...or so I thought..but there were already a ton of people...

Happily munching on French goodies...madeleines...
Tarte Citrons up the whazooo...
Served up by Patisserie Payard again..but there were many others serving French specialties...
Entertainment too with traditional French accordian music, can can dancers, wine and cheese tasting, pop singers, pantomime...
MACARONS!by Trois Crepes Patisserie bien sur.
Savory tastes too - cornichons and charcuterie from D'Artagnan...
Moules marinere were made on the spot to order. A cup or so of white wine - toss in some chopped parsely, celery and onions. Add about 2 handfuls of mussles, a bit of salt and fresh chopped garlic. Cover for about 5-7 minutes. Shake the pot on occasion...
Merci Petite Abeille!
Et Voila!
YUM /

Thank you Asuncion for sending me this appropriate painting by Delacroix.

Si Tu Veux

#150B Ceci n'est pas une pomme, original watercolor, 9" x 11"
These are not apples as Magritte famously said...

They fell off of this toy tree...

This bear was supposed to be guarding the tree...hmm
Was he too busy chatting with the other bears at SI TU VEUX?
Or bouncing around on these big alphabet blocks?
Another bear! So much stuff in this teeny, tiny shop at 68 Galerie Vivienne 2e
I fell for a French sailor...duckie
But this mini picnique basket looked tempting...
As did these rattan chaises and table....
Course you'd need a lot of this play money to buy all the goodies at SI TU VEUX...
Still, even if you just buy a little duckie, you get your purchase gift wrapped like this! Ah...there's the bear again :)
Bye bye SI TU VEUX...

Audrey's Croissant..

#149B Audrey's Croissant, original watercolor, 9" x 11"
If I say Audrey's Croissant (even though it was a Danish) you still know what I'm talking about, right?

Audrey eats like the rest of us...

Audrey drinks coffee out of a paper cup like the rest of us. OK so we don't often get to do it in front of Tiffany's window full of diamonds...well not often enough.
Audrey is all over Paris too...like this chair in BHV...
And these pillows there...
There are tons of Audrey posters everywhere in Paris. And I just saw one at the new Brooklyn IKEA. We all want to own Audrey...
These Paris bags...
Audrey had "cycle chic" way before the rest of us...
Her little Yorkie, Famous is everywhere too. Here you can buy a faux hound at the new Galerie Lafayette Home...
Bikes - everywhere in Paris. Coming soon to New York. Stay tuned..
And Audrey's ballerinas are an all time universal classic. You find them on any street corner in Paris... This post was inspired by these little key chains Kat in Japan sent me...
Thank you Kat!
Thank you Audrey!

Paris Haircuts

I find myself compulsively taking photos of these giant Paris haircut posters...
They're quite compelling wouldn't you say?
Especially with the reflections of Parisian apartments plastered on top...
You rarely see anyone walking around with these extreme haircuts but who cares?
This set of bequiling posters are from Toni & Guy Bastille -Hey they're British and have gone global! You can attend their academy too if you so desire...
More haircut posters...
Did the French invent messy hair - they make it look so good. Here's the story of my French haircut if you're interested...
I got the shaken finger for taking this shot! Why? I saw the same poster in New York. Go figure...
Ah...a haircut poster for grownups - ELEGANT non?
OK, I'll go for this haircut poster of sorts, at the Marie-Antoinette exhibit..lots of hair and lots of bows. You could even fit a croissant and a macaron or two in there...

Rick's Place

#147B Trois Poires, original watercolor, 9" x 11"
Rick lives in a part of Paris that is surprisingly romantic...

The 13th arrondissement is not an area most people rush off to for the poetry, but it definitely lurks there...

#148B Deux Poires, original watercolor, 9" x 11"

A perfect artist's enclave too...

Rue La Butte Aux Cailles has a village-like feel to it...

Did Jean Gabin walk these streets? It feels like it...
The stairwell reminds me of Chez Mondrian's when he lived in Paris.. The apartment looks so French..
These lace curtains are to die for and I went looking all over for them. I found some in BHV but I had no measurements and no clue how to figure sizes etc. Next trip I will!
I love the stripped French dish towels/curtains in the cuisine...
An everyday still life on the table. *Note the pear tile...
AH HA!
This kitchen painting spoke to me, "Go home and paint PEARS!"
Did you know there is a fresh water well in the Butte aux Cailles park?
And the Molitor swimming pool nearby has fresh water - no chlorine!
La Butte is full of charming restaurants like Les Temps Des Cerises and tea salons like L’Oisive Thé, every bit as nice as Laduree in a more homie way. Will you remember to visit?
Who is Rick? Remember the artist who sketches in Paris' best cafe...

Holiday over...back to work..UGH Don't we all need a brief respite... a little cup of tea at an imaginary Laduree Bonaparte to ease the pain of realite? Non..?

YUM A nice glass of champers would definitely blot out reality wouldn't it?

And just a tiny snack to go with...a petit four or two...

Religieuse Chocolat?

Or a Saint-Honore Rose-Framboise? You get to choose. Which one?

Oh Guimauve (Frenchie marshmallows-the best!) and pink too...sigh
Now where do we sit?
You pour please...
Shall we take a snack home for later..?
Oh, Little Bear is soooooo slow. It takes him forever to eat one silly macaron! Can't take him anywhere :(

Ice Cream Fourth

#145B Old fashioned Sundae, original watercolor, 9" x 11"
YIKES When was the last time I had a Sundae...
The Fourth of July means eating all the ice cream you want, doesn't it..?
#172B Ice Cream Trio, original watercolor, 9" x 11"
These days I mostly only get to "paint" ice cream...
Though I did "cheat" yesterday...ahem
I told myself I could have some and I bought a pint! HECK it was YOGURT ice cream. It even had LIVE cultures in it. Well that's what they put on the Hagen-daz carton. Hmm...why don't I believe them???
I was only going to have a "normal" portion - i.e. a quarter of a pint. Well you know how Hagen-daz tastes soooo much better when it's all melty. And who eats ice cream in a dish these days?
OK This discussion is gonna END right here!

July Desserts

#144B Four French Desserts, original watercolor, 9" x 11"
July is when we break out the whipped cream and strawberries, right?
I thought I'd break out all the whipped cream desserts I could find from Master patisserie chef, Gerard Mulot to put you in the right frame of mind for coping with Strawberry shortcake on the 4th, tomorrow!
Searching for Gerard Mulot desserts is a bit like searching for a Paris apartment...
You look in the window and drool...
Then you go in for a closer look...still drooling
Then you ask the price...
Then you faint...
Then you pick yourself off the floor and throw caution to the wind, rush to the cash register and commit to buy! And then you get to eat it!
YUM!

NY Fancy Food Show

First and foremost THANK YOU dear PB readers for your FAB response to my cry for help in Paree!! I think I've found some great possiblities thanks very much to you! Keep posted :)
Meanwhile yesterday I had to go THE NY FANCY FOOD SHOW at the Javits. I had to go walze through a gazillion purveyors of yummy foods and taste them too when I should have been perusing all your terrific email Paris suggestions!
Life can be tough as a food-bloggeur-journalist. Yep it's true. Now I'm a journalist because of you all and I get to go to these foodie events freeeee! Another MERCI to y'all. Oh yes I had to taste Bindi's Gelato for you...for research...ahem
Haloumi Cypriot cheese fresh off the grill - a bloggeur's work is hard!
Naturally I had to shoot these French jams wearing their granny hats...
And mini French jams from dear Bonne Maman...
There was definitely an "Election" trend going on at the show..adorable non? These donkeys and elefants were from MOONSTRUCK Chocolates.
Our dear candidates done up in hummos and super-life size!
French salted caramels from where else but? Chicago! They still tasted very French!
A flower trend too was going on in my opinion..You drop this hibiscus flower into your glass of champers. Add a bit of syrup...et voila! The flower was delicious by the way.
Adorable candied pansies!
And look at this cake full of candied flowers!
One of my fav things at the show was
"Eco" bag owner Australian Belinda Tooze is demonstrating here. Light as a feather and you can stuff all your free show goodies inside and then later roll it up into a small ball. Perfect for the new annoying air travel bag restrictions too.
I didn't take home any champers. Just a ton of chocolate and..and..
Now back to studying over the divine Paris digs you all told me about...

Where Do I Stay In Paris?

FIRST of all THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU for making the SUMMER WATERCOLOR SALE a HUGE success!!! Oui, bien sur!
Remember we started filling up our piggy bank when we got home in April for the next trip - October 28 /November 11, just in time for the Salon du Chocolat bien sur! After all I have to do research for you don't I.
Well the piggy bank is looking pretty good these days. We've even been celebrating a tiny bit. Blue Bird and I...ahem

AND we even broke down and we finally bought our plane ticket yesterday...

OUCH OUCH OUCH !!!!
YAY !

Now here's the problem. WHERE TO STAY IN PARIS!??

Sometimes you ask me questions.

Where's the best Paris tea salon?

Where can you buy the stripped shoes I showed?

Could I please buy 2 pairs in size 8 for you and your mother..etc. etc.
You get the picture.
So I thought I'd turn the tables and ask for some help from you dear PB readers..

I've been looking online and off...

The prices bien sur, have gone WAY UP, like in the stratosphere...And the $$ ain't what it used to be, bla bla bla...
I would like to stay in an apartment (a STUDIO would be great). That way I can stock up on yogurt and macarons and sardines in the fridge. Gotta stay on that EURO DIET after all. I don't need much space. Nothing deluxe PULEEZE. Hey I'm an artist! Internet would be great, so I can keep you all up to date. I don't care WHERE that little studio is. What counts is COST. LOW cost would be so lovely...sigh

Please let me know if you have any good ideas. I read that Craigslist PARIS is way too full of scamers, so I'm not going that route. A hotel would do in a pinch.
You can leave your ideas here or contact me by email.

I do want to get back to those Paris cafes. Then PDQ (pretty damn quick), I'll be home bitching about unpacking and Jet Lag etc. By the way I'm continuing the SUMMER SALE through Labor Day, to help defray the cost of Paree. The watercolors will stay $75, but you do need to pay shipping ($5 UPS Ground) Please look at the Flickr set and let me know what numbers# you want. Well THANKS for your patience this morning and your tolerance for my plight.

I'm open to all your suggestions dear PB readers...

BONJOUR PARIS!
